The Yoga Portal is a password protected page on my website where you will find a bank of yoga resources, especially picked for you to enjoy, and live links to all of the weekly classes during term time.

This is what you will receive when you purchase the September and October Yoga Portal.

  • Access to join all live zoom classes for 5 weeks  and access to the portal for 6 weeks.

  • Recordings of both Multilevel and Gentle live classes in the Yoga portal changed weekly to dip into at a later time.

  • 21 Days on your Mat - 21 day course of bite sized practices to encourage a daily practice 

  • Beautiful audios of meditations, deep relaxations and practices. 

  • Short videos of yoga flows and yoga for specific areas, for a more individualised practice. Or if you are needing a shorter practice.

  • Yoga Nidra Challenge 7 days of heavenly relaxations to destress and let go heaviness.

During Term Time

Please arrive a few minutes early in ZOOM with all that you will be needing for the class. I will be there 10 minutes before the class begins.


7-45pm to 9-15pm Multilevel Yoga


9-30am til 11am Multilevel Yoga

11-15am til 12-45am Gentle Yoga
