The multi level yoga classes are a blend of traditional yoga and somatic yoga flows. It is designed for all levels of student, suitable for beginners and those who have done yoga before. Variations throughout the class will allow students to go at their own pace, encouraging new students and motivating those with more experience.
The multi level classes are for people who are comfortable moving from the floor to standing with ease.
