GENTLENESS

Below is a little practice that may invoke more gentleness into your life. 

Begin your day with the finding a quite moment to take a soft breath and connect inwardly towards your heart centre. Maybe whispering to yourself silently a beautiful affirmation ( some examples given below)

 

I invite in me a gentle heart, guiding me to be gentle today.  

or

I am willing to be gentle.

I am willing to see with a gentle heart.

I am willing to receive gentle experiences.

You can come back to this affirmation throughout the day and if you find that you forget put a little stone, flower, post-it note in different places around your home to help you bring your focus upon Gentleness.
