In our next 5 sessions we focus on moving with awareness, to build strength in a way that feels supportive to our body. Creating strength and stability in our body by staying soft and relaxed in movement, including weight-bearing movement, using our own body weight, somatic flows for stabilisation and relaxation for tension and stress release.
