Movement, Meditation and Relaxation.
The classes are one and a half hours and includes stress releasing techniques, meditation and deep relaxation as well as the physical practices.

People who attend the in-person classes will, as a bonus, also have access to my online Yoga Portal 24/7 which contains yoga courses, meditations, relaxations and many many practices (literally 100s of videos for your yoga at home experience) AND access to 2 live zoom classes held each week during term time.
