Freedom as we Age
We will explore a collection of practices that weave together familiar yoga poses with heart centred exploratory somatic movement flows in order to wake up, retrain, and integrate any stuck or underused areas within the body. You will feel more free, mobile, and easeful in your daily movement. ​​

Dates for Yoga Classes during term time

Dates for the live classes are

December 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th

Movement, Meditation and Relaxation.
The classes are one and a half hours and includes stress releasing techniques, meditation and deep relaxation as well as the physical practices.
AND
People who attend the in-person classes will, as a bonus, also have access to my online Yoga Portal 24/7 which contains yoga courses, meditations, relaxations and many many practices (literally 100s of videos for your yoga at home experience) AND access to 2 live zoom classes held each week during term time.
tune in online when it suits you, it's all in the Yoga Portal 24/7 for you. Or join in the zoom live classes. All classes are recorded and popped into the Portal for you to enjoy. As well as your weekly yoga in-person session.

Yoga is for everyone, the classes above allow you to work at a level that's comfortable for you.
Classes are an hour and a half. They include;
